Western food is a staple in the western diet and can help you lose weight, lower cholesterol and improve your overall health.
But the main ingredient in most western foods is a by-product of animal production, a product called meat.
But while meat is the primary source of nutrients in the diet, other types of animal products like dairy and eggs are also very important.
“A lot of Westerners don’t realize how important dairy is in their diet,” says Dr. Kristin Anderson, a registered dietitian and assistant professor at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
“Dairy contains proteins that are important for our health.
It’s also rich in omega-3 fatty acids that help keep us healthy.”
Dairy and egg products are found in a large amount of foods in the US.
Dairy products include milk, cheese, yogurt, cheese curds, cream and cream products.
Eggs are used to make dairy products, which are also used in a variety of processed foods.
“Dairy is an important source of dietary protein because it’s made from the milk,” Anderson explains.
“So you can’t eat too much dairy if you’re overweight.”
Dietary fat is another important nutrient in the Western diet, which is essential for health.
But fat, or fat-soluble vitamins, can be problematic for some people, especially those with diabetes, who may need to add extra fats to their diet.
Dairy products are a favorite among the young, and their popularity is a major reason why American women are consuming more dairy products in their diets than in many other countries.
In the U.S., the average age of women eating dairy products is 27, according to the US Department of Agriculture.
“We don’t really know why,” says Anderson.
“People think it’s because of the high fat content, and that’s just not true.
A lot of fat comes from other sources.
If you look at the US, they don’t have a lot of dairy products made in the U, so the high-fat content isn’t necessarily because of it.”
While dairy is the most common Western food, there are other types.
For example, chicken is a common meat source in Western countries, but it’s often substituted for dairy.
Anderson says, “I have people who are vegan who say, ‘I’m not really vegetarian because I eat chicken.'”
It’s important to keep in mind that not all dairy products are created equal, but they all contain a few key nutrients.

Dairy-free cheese is a popular choice for people who want to reduce their dairy intake and boost their health.
“You can mix and match all kinds of cheeses and you can make them your own,” Anderson says.
“It’s a lot more versatile than cream cheese.”
There are many different types of cheese, but there are several common cheeses in the market.
Dairy-free cream cheese is usually made with whole milk, and Anderson says it’s also made with whey.
“If you go into a grocery store, you can find cheese that is made with cream cheese,” she says.
It may be made with milk or cream, but in general, the whey-based cheese is made from a mixture of dairy, milk and milk protein.
“Whey-free is more healthful and has a higher protein content,” Anderson explained.
“But it’s not as rich as cream cheese, so you’re not going to get the same level of nutrients.”
It’s not uncommon to see the word ‘milk’ in a cheese product.
But how does that cheese taste?
Anderson says if you like your cheese plain, then you can go with milk-free or cream-free.
If, however, you want your cheese to taste better, you need to use a cheese flavor enhancer like Stevia or other ingredients that boost the taste.
